I am by no means a high paying customer. Yet, they treat me as such. They have very good service and staff are willing to entertain all my questions. After sales service is also very good. They replaced my broken screw free of charge. Vismate have earned themselves a loyal customer. Thank you.

My glasses are perfect and I am happy with your service. Thanks for checking with me!

Really highly recommended. I was recommend to this shop by other doctor and is really a good recommendation. They check very detail and explain very well when I want to get my new spec. I even recommend this to my family member as all of us wear glasses actually hehe. People might expect high price due to the good service but is not, price for overall to make a new pair of glasses is very reasonable.
