As amazing as they are, too much screen time can affect our eyes.
To relieve eye strain, practice the #20-20-20 rule!
- Set a timed reminder to help you remind yourself to take a break every 20 minutes.
- Look at an object far away, like a tree or a building across the street. If you work in a small space, walk outdoors or into a larger area where you can rest your eyes.
- Rest your eyes for about 20 seconds because it takes that long for them to relax completely.
